The climate of Japan, which is blessed with its changing seasons,
comprises 24 traditional seasons from Risshun, the first day of spring, to Daikan, around January 20.
Ashikari's Kaiseki cuisine is a luxurious and delicate cuisine that supremely weaves together
the changing seasons and selected seasonal flavors from throughout Japan,
centering on fresh seafoods from Manazuru Port, Fukuura Port, and Sagami Bay,
as well as the fruits of the earth grown in the fresh, clean air of Ashigara, Sagamihara, Mishima.

and no effort is spared in our dedicated preparation.
